SILVA ESPADAS BRAND AMBASSADOR AGREEMENT

This Brand Ambassador Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Silva Espadas (“Company”) and the participating Brand Ambassador (“Ambassador”).

By applying to and participating in the Silva Espadas Ambassador Program, the Ambassador agrees to the following terms and conditions.

  1. PURPOSE

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish a mutually beneficial relationship in which the Ambassador promotes Silva Espadas products in exchange for commission-based compensation and other program benefits.

  1. AMBASSADOR RESPONSIBILITIES

The Ambassador agrees to:

• Promote Silva Espadas in a positive and professional manner
• Share their unique referral code or link when recommending the brand
• Represent the brand in a way that aligns with Silva Espadas values and image
• Avoid any activity that could harm the reputation of the brand

Ambassadors are expected to generate at least five (5) sales within their first ninety (90) days of joining the program in order to remain active.

  1. COMMISSION STRUCTURE

Ambassadors will receive commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique referral link or discount code.

Commission tiers may include but are not limited to:

Starter Tier: 15% commission
Pro Tier: 20% commission after achieving 25 sales
Elite Tier: 25% commission after achieving 75 sales

Silva Espadas reserves the right to modify commission structures at any time with notice to ambassadors.

  1. DISCOUNTS AND INCENTIVES

Ambassadors may receive personal discount codes, promotional incentives, free products, or performance-based rewards at the discretion of Silva Espadas.

These benefits are not guaranteed and may change at any time.

  1. CONTENT CREATION AND USAGE RIGHTS

By participating in the Ambassador Program, the Ambassador grants Silva Espadas a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and publish any content created by the Ambassador that features Silva Espadas products or branding.

This includes but is not limited to:

• social media posts
• photos
• videos
• testimonials
• promotional content

Silva Espadas may use such content for marketing, advertising, website content, social media, digital advertisements, and other promotional purposes without additional compensation.

  1. BRAND REPRESENTATION

Ambassadors agree not to promote competing clothing brands in a way that directly conflicts with Silva Espadas during active promotional campaigns.

Ambassadors must not make misleading claims about Silva Espadas products or business operations.

  1. TERMINATION

Silva Espadas reserves the right to terminate an ambassador’s participation in the program at any time if:

• the ambassador violates these terms
• the ambassador harms the brand’s reputation
• the ambassador fails to meet activity requirements

Upon termination, any pending commissions may be reviewed before payout.

  1. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS

Ambassadors are independent contractors and not employees of Silva Espadas. Participation in the program does not create any employment relationship.

  1. MODIFICATIONS

Silva Espadas reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

  1. ACCEPTANCE

By applying to or participating in the Silva Espadas Ambassador Program, the Ambassador confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement. Click HERE to Apply
