Designing Our Graphic T-Shirts In-House

From concept to final print, all Silva Espadas graphics are designed in-house. The process begins with ideas inspired by culture, history, and everyday experiences within the Mexican-American community. These concepts are translated into hand-drawn artwork, often starting on paper before moving into digital refinement.

Typography plays a major role in our designs. Spanish phrases and strong lettering are used deliberately—meant to communicate emotion, resistance, pride, and identity. Nothing is accidental. Every word, line, and symbol is chosen to carry meaning beyond the surface.

By keeping our creative process in-house, we maintain full control over the message, quality, and integrity of each piece. This approach allows us to stay true to our roots while continuing to evolve creatively.
